- Battery System:
The ESS cabinets use 209kWh lithium iron phosphate battery packs in a 1P208S configuration. Their nominal voltage is 665.6V DC, with an operating range of 520–748.8V DC and a maximum charge and discharge current of 215A. At 80% depth of discharge, the batteries are rated for more than 6000 cycles.
- Power Conversion System:
The integrated 50kW bidirectional converters handle charging and discharging in grid-connected, off-grid, and hybrid modes. Solar power, battery storage, grid electricity, and diesel generators can all be managed through the EMS according to site demand.
- Temperature Control System:
Liquid cooling keeps the battery cells within a stable operating temperature range. The cabinets support charging from 0°C to 55°C, discharging from -20°C to 55°C, and storage from -30°C to 60°C.
- Battery and Energy Management:
Integrated BMS and EMS units help monitor battery condition, power flow, and operating data. Mobile and PC access allow users to check system status and performance reports remotely, while predictive maintenance functions can reduce operation and maintenance costs by more than 30%.
