These container battery storage systems are designed for commercial and industrial peak shaving, solar energy storage, and microgrid applications. They are usually designed in a 20-foot container that combines 1.045MWh of LFP battery capacity with a 500kW power conversion system (PCS), which allows the batteries to work with solar power, the utility grid, and other energy sources while switching smoothly between grid-connected and off-grid operation. They use liquid cooling to maintain cell temperature differences within 3°C and support operation from -30°C to 50°C. Our ESS containers are equipped with five-in-one safety detection, aerosol fire suppression, and IP54 protection. They are structurally engineered to comply with Eurocode 8 (EN 1998-1-1:2024) standards, ensuring exceptional seismic resistance for reliable outdoor operation in diverse environments.

Components
  • Battery System:

    These containerized energy storage systems use 3.2V/314Ah LFP cells arranged in five 1P208S battery strings. They operate at 665.6V, supports charging and discharging up to 0.5C, and are designed for a service life of up to 20 years.

  • Power Conversion System (PCS):

    The integrated 500kW bidirectional PCS manages charging and discharging with system efficiency of at least 94%. It automatically switches between PQ control for grid-connected operation and VF control for off-grid supply, while also coordinating solar PV, wind power, and diesel generators.

  • Temperature Control System:

    Liquid cooling keeps cell temperature differences within 3°C, which helps extend battery cycle life by 20%. Intelligent temperature control also reduces auxiliary power use by 30% and supports operation from -30°C to 50°C.

  • Intelligent Monitoring and Remote Control:

    Five-in-one detection, aerosol fire suppression, audible and visual alarms, and remote emergency shutdown help protect the battery containers during operation.
