All-in-one energy storage systems (105kW/215kWh) are designed with high energy density lithium iron phosphate batteries and liquid cooling technology. They integrate energy management, intelligent dispatch, and safety protection within a single energy storage cabinet, providing stable and cost-efficient storage solutions for industrial and commercial applications.
Our AIO energy storage systems combine a 105kW bi-directional PCS with 215kWh battery capacity to manage energy flow between charging and discharging. They support multiple operating modes such as peak shaving, demand charge management, solar self-consumption, and backup power supply. These 105kW/215kWh all-in-one ESS use liquid cooling technology to keep battery temperatures stable throughout the full lifecycle, improving cell consistency, extending service life, and maintaining safe operation under continuous high-load conditions.

The 105kW bi-directional converter manages AC and DC power flow with system efficiency ≥88% under tested conditions. It supports four-quadrant operation for smooth switching between charging and discharging and enables coordination with solar PV and diesel generator systems in both grid-connected and off-grid modes.
- Temperature Control System:
Liquid cooling combined with forced air cooling keeps battery temperature difference within 3°C, improving cycle life and system stability while supporting reliable operation across a wide temperature range from -20°C to 55°C under different climate conditions.
- Safety Monitoring and Remote Control:
BMS and EMS manage system monitoring, energy control, and communication through Modbus/RS-485. Integration with energy management platforms supports real-time monitoring of operating status, battery data, and fault alarms across mobile and PC interfaces, while reducing O&M costs by over 30%.
