- Lifecycle Management & System Optimization: Our Energy Management System (EMS) and Battery Management System (BMS) give users a clear view of how the energy storage systems are performing. Operating data can be checked in real time to adjust energy use, review efficiency, and identify maintenance needs early, which helps the energy storage systems remain stable and reliable over time.
Our smart manufacturing facility in Shandong is built to Industry 4.0 standards and serves as the foundation of our production and quality assurance capabilities. The facility operates with highly automated production lines and advanced manufacturing processes, including AMB (Active Metal Brazing) welding, full-process MES traceability, and 100% OCV and IR inspection before cell assembly. We implement strict quality control throughout the production process to ensure consistent performance and a product yield rate of up to 99.99%.
